Michelle Black - Managing Director, Consulting Practitioner

MCNS, GCCM, DNeuroC ACA, FAITD, CAHRI, BCI

Passionate about sustaining people and care, Michelle Black, founder of Elegrow is an Organizational Development Consultant, Counsellor and Neurofeedback  therapist.  Michelle has more than 20 years experience as a senior executive; Leading, developing and transforming people and their experiences for positive outcomes in the corporate, healthcare and education sectors, in addition to private practice and disability services.

Michelle has a Master of Counselling – Behaviour, a Grad. Cert. Corporate Management, Diploma in Neurological-behavioural Coaching and has completed training as a neurotherapist. Michelle is registered with the Australian Counselling Association, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, an Associate of the Neurofeedback International Academy, a Member of the Applied Neuroscience Society Australasia, Certified Human Resources Professional and professional member of the Behaviour Coaching Institute. Michelle is the author of Ellie and the Sunflowers.

Nina Knezevic – Manager Education Design and Systems

MAITD, B.BUS(HR), Cert IV TAA

An accomplished HR and Finance Professional with breadth and depth of experience in education design, delivery and systems, Nina is the Manager for Education Design and Systems at Elegrow.  Nina brings substantial experience designing, developing training materials and facilitating training with diverse audiences  in Human Resources and Finance at The University of Queensland.  

Nina has a Bachelor of Business - Human Resources, a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and is a professional member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development and genius with learning software and platforms.
